Not secure!! Snow gets shoveled at 4 am with a group of screaming mexicans...old parked cars were never towed, and never moved the year i was there, this place is a mess! I could go on and on.... They come with the option of fully furnished or you may furnish your own apartment. The complex has three beautiful courtyards and two large simming pools. They are also very quick to act if there is ever something wrong with something in your apartment. I would definately recommend these apartments to anyone who was looking. I plan to stay here for several mor years. The floors were stained, the cabinets rotting, ect.Parking was terrible never was there enough parking for me roommates.I beg anyone considering to move into these apartments to reconsitter. They don't heed to any request. My washer is broken for months now and I even stopped complaining. They let the neighbor's pets pi*ss and sh*it on your corridor and do nothing about it.They gave us the apartment with dirty carpets and failed to clean it for us since we had already moved in. The walls are sooo thin that even if you have your TV at volume 12, people keep knocking on your door. The lady at the leasing office will suck up to you only if you are a 40 year old,male hating spinster probably because she could relate to you.Else "All the best" to you.I have no good things to say about this apartment and am just waiting for my lease to get over.My advice, if you ever come near this place, spit on it. They allow all kinds of animals and the people that work here are so pleasant and nice its unbelievable. Currently they are fixing up the place by painting all the apartment buildings and fixing the roofes and all cracked concret. They are also putting in new landscaping. Compared to my last apartment complex, this place is by far the best. I love living here. The staff is understanding of your needs and they get right on things when you have a problem with maintance stuff for your apartment. Most of the staff live in the complex which is a plus because they know what needs to be done to make this a better place to live. Anyone is lucky to live here. This is after mutiple calls into management about the problem.Sex offenders and drug dealers live here. The management is aware of the not so great people living there. The do not take care of the issues.The apartment conditions are not the best either. Old cabinets that are falling apart. Water fixtures, appliances and closet are rarely working. Apartment Reviews - Archer's Green, Norfolk Archer's Green261 Suburban Pkwy #2Norfolk, VAOverall Rating: 3 (out of 5)Review: The minute I walked into Archer's Green I knew this was a place I could call home.The staff was unbelievably friendly, the office smelled great, and the model was very clean.It's more like a neighborhood than an apartment.That's a line I use from the staff, but it's true.Although the apartments are a little small, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.This is the best area in Norfolk to live.I couldn't feel any safer anywhere else.The staff here makes you feel like family, especially the manager.She really listens to your needs.If you want a home, not just an apartment, you should look here.
