The company changed managers and the horrible experience began. Things were breaking and not getting fixed. There were loud neighboors early in the morning and late at night. Garbage was everywhere, outside lights were out during the winter. A person drowned and there was not apropriate equipment to pull the person out of the water. Basically management and owners didn't care about tenants. They only want your money. Do not rent this apartment. It's not worth it. They allow all kinds of animals and the people that work here are so pleasant and nice its unbelievable. Currently they are fixing up the place by painting all the apartment buildings and fixing the roofes and all cracked concret. They are also putting in new landscaping. Compared to my last apartment complex, this place is by far the best. I love living here. The staff is understanding of your needs and they get right on things when you have a problem with maintance stuff for your apartment. Most of the staff live in the complex which is a plus because they know what needs to be done to make this a better place to live. Anyone is lucky to live here. He does not care what-so-ever about his tenets. All he cares about is money. The apartment complex is old, discusting and bug infected. Nothing is kept clean, when we moved in the apartment hadn't even been cleaned. He does not respond to your problems for months, if you can even get a hold of him. The walls are thin and cheaply made. The aespetos crumples down from the cielings. The toilets always break and then He accuses people of lying that there are problems. He rips of his tenets and has some pay hundreds more for identicle apartments. Do not move in here, the place is a dump. Apartment Reviews - Archer's Green, Norfolk Archer's Green261 Suburban Pkwy #2Norfolk, VAOverall Rating: 3.67 (out of 5)Review: The minute I walked into Archer's Green I knew this was a place I could call home.The staff was unbelievably friendly, the office smelled great, and the model was very clean.It's more like a neighborhood than an apartment.That's a line I use from the staff, but it's true.Although the apartments are a little small, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.This is the best area in Norfolk to live.I couldn't feel any safer anywhere else.The staff here makes you feel like family, especially the manager.She really listens to your needs.If you want a home, not just an apartment, you should look here.
